The Brief

The founder Katerina came to digitalLab at the beginning of 2018 when they had the idea to open the business, since then we built everything from scratch. This includes all design, brand guidelines, website, social channel management, CRM, automations, email marketing and all paid channels. The objective was to build a strong and powerful online presence, boost brand awareness, increase leads and increase sales.

The Approach

The first step our team did was to build a user-friendly, attractive website. Since the subscription model was going to be one of the main source of income, we wanted to make it easier for people to know what UWILL are capable of offering them. Additionally, it can tell people more about the work process, events, contact information and lots more.

The website were optimised for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase brand’s visibility in search results. As the website ranks higher in search results, more people are be able to come across the brand.

While the business were growing online organically without ads, we implemented our paid advertising strategy across multiple channels to accelerate the subscription sales. We used our internal tools to identify use age, interests, location, gender, behaviour and other parameters to determine who will subscribe.

All the content infuse emotional phrases and words into the headers, captions, blog posts, etc. We also added exciting images and videos about the events, and day-to-day activities to the content strategy to make the audience feel they are missing out some good opportunity to join the community.

The Challenge

During Covid and the War in Ukraine, the audience during this time are more discerning about the products and services they buy.

That means we have to be transparent and think about the messaging and research or tweak our strategy in the coming years to plan and take advantage of any new developments.

from around the world. In 3 years, the brand is operating in 9 countries with over 300 subscribers. 

Amazing Results

Our team has developed an automated Google Data Studio report to facilitate the analyse of the visitor data. We are also constantly performing competitor analysis, assessing our current conversion funnel and optimising the landing pages. This year we have increased the subscriptions by 245% compared to last year.
